They are so so adorable, that I think no one can resist smiling at them and mumble/whine "awww... so cute!" Just look at them, they'll brighten your day up. They make you smile, and make you want to cuddle them in your arms. BUT, they're to small to cuddle. They love carrot-ing! Alright, I guess most humans won't know what carrot-ing means, but then yes, they love carrot-ing. And they look even more adorable while carrot-ing.

hello earth,

I have been procrastinating really badly. It kept slipping off my mind that i have a paper to take in 2months time. So till now, I have yet to start my revision. I guess 70% of what I've learnt have been returned to my teacher. :\

So now, I am missing freezing island already! ((:

Many times, we often take things for granted; we live in regret, and always hope things will change according to how we want it to. But many times, we failed to see that the world doesn't just revolve around ourselves alone. Things doesn't change just because you want it to, every move you make doesn't just affect you alone.

After contemplating for long, i've finally got duffy home! :D

A good SGD$57 for that bear, and the bear in the picture is not mine! My duffy doesn't come in clothes, the set of clothing cost almost SGD$45! I was so tempted, but I decided not to be crazy. And that's my favourite suit as well! :D

If you realised, we're both in stripes! :D

Then about my adventure in disneysea, both my legs went wobbly after many hours of walking and standing. Disneysea was beautiful, but it lack the magical touch of what a fairytale should have. It doesn't feel that disney unless you see the mascots strolling around the park, with fans running towards them asking for autograph, pictures or a hug.

I managed to get a picture with minnie, and daisy in two different suits. It was supposed to be mickey instead of minnie, but mickey went to rest halfway and minnie came to replace him. The same thing happens for donald too! It was ultimate sway-ness. zzz

okayy, i think i'm a sicko. I've been staring at duffy whenever i can. He's way too cute, and i'm so glad i've bought him home! :D

Then I should not visit disneysea anymore, in case I get tempted to buy his girlfriend - shelliemay - home. HAHAHA

So I skipped USJ and roamed around alone in osaka city before heading back hotel for a nap. I figured my way around the complicated JR and Subway routes. Having much experiences from tokyo's complicating JR and Subway routes, osaka's one wasn't much of a problem. Andy was so afraid that I'll get lost on my way back to hotel, but I impressed him with my ability to navigate around and get back to universal city without calling him for help. :D

Okay lah, I shall not hao lian anymore.

I've spent almost 16sgd on my transportation that day. Dropped by shinsaibashi for a walk though i'm heading back there in the evening. Its good to shop around without bumping into any of my humans. But of course, I get nothing back in the end. My shopping spree is coming, and i'm saving to splurge a lil' in DISNEYSEA! I hope duffy is price below SGD$50. Stepping into disneyland is always a horror, I simply wants everything inside.

Then, I shall stay in Ikebukuro on my last day in tokyo, and not train-ing out to other places. Meeting my colleague the night before at the station, and most likely another one the next morning, and sushi bar with unfriendly before heading off to narita! :D

My tokyo days are short but exciting! ((:

And its not funny to be staying right beside the elevator.

You'll hear the elevator moving up and down every minute. zzz

I am dead tired, that I zonked out immediately after boarding the domestic flight in the evening. The next thing I knew when I opened my eyes, I'm high high up on the sky above the clouds. My 4.5days back in sunny island is totally insufficient, night flight is killing me, and maybe by the end of this trip, i'll become a walking zombie. Then a week later, i'll be off for a good 15days! :D

Oh! I've bumped into sasa-san and sew-san today at different place!

Just as I was almost prepared to leave for tuition, my tutee's mum called and say he will only be back from school at 1730, when my tuition is scheduled at 1700. So in the end, I have to re-schedule my tuition time to noon tomorrow. At least for now, I don't have to walk under the thunderstorm to his house. But I'll be too lazy to head downstairs to da-bao my dinner home later. I skipped breakfast and lunch today, digging whatever food I can find at home. There's plenty of biscuits, but i'm already so sick of them.

I fed my poor anglefish, water the plants, but I've got nothing much to feed myself. When my brother only comes home at 11pm everynight, he probably can only da-bao supper for me. I've just had mcdelivery yesterday, and now I've really got no idea what I can eat tonight. Maybe I shall be nice to myself, and cook maggie-mee.

It was a wise choice to skip disneysea that friday.

Disneyland & Disneysea were practically flooded with humans, and all the minimum waiting time for the popular rides are 180min (3hrs). No duffy bear this time then. )): But, I managed to peep at Mickey before leaving! :D

Trained to Tokyo after settling the humans. First to Ikebukuro, then to Harajuku and Shibuya. And lastly, Shinjuku for my delectable sushi at my favourite sushi bar! :D

Shinjuku standing sushi bar is a must try when you're there. It's about 5min walk from Keio Plaza. Though I have yet to try tsukiji's sushi, but I believe that sushi bar is equally nice and definitely much cheaper. On average, one sushi cost about 75 Yen to 150 Yen (SGD$1 to $2.25), which is consider cheap. Once you had them, you'll think sushi from Singapore's sushi bar are all cheat one. Afterall, Singapore's sushi are seem to be tailored to Singaporean's taste bud and we can't afford to have the freshest sashimi ever.

Ohh, and I've got caught in japan partnering with favourite again. Sometimes I wonder if i'm stalked. But still for my next trip, I am going to play cheat to partner with favourite again. :P

I was so worn out after a long day yesterday, but still i woke up at 0500. Favourite picked me up at 0600, and then off to his house to bring his dog for morning walk. :D

Favourite offered to let me drive back to hotel, but I decided not to. It wouldn't be a problem if I dent or scratch the car, but it would be a problem if we end up in a bad state and there's no one to bring the humans back. Technically speaking, we're not officially off from work yet. :P

After much anticipation, I am finally jetting off for another week tomorrow.

Just last week, I managed to see two bloomed cherry blossom trees at the entrance of ueno park. Though that wasn't the famous 染井吉野 (Somei-yoshino) that bloom and usually fall within a week, it was still beautiful and mersmerizing! :D

My 10th trip was awesome! :D

I still love freezing island so much more than tokyo itself. Freezing island is all about nice food, nice weather, nice people, nice hotsprings! I'm not a big fan of tokyo since it doesn't offer much 'cept for good shopping. I am so addicted to all my hokkaido milk, cheesecake, seafood sashimi, and hotspring! I practically soaked myself in the hotspring thrice daily, and tried the radium hot stone bath this time round. I'll definitely miss all these when I stop travelling over, not forgetting my waiterboy too. I hate to think when is going to be my last trip. It makes me miss the people there loads, especially those I really enjoyed working with. )):

I didn't have time to do shopping for myself since I accompanied my humans to look for what they want in tokyo. And my last morning in tokyo, I brought few of them out to take the subway to and fro harajuku from ikebukuro. In between, I dropped by shinjuku to check out my colleague's stuff. If only I could leave them to return themselves, I would have time to shop at Ikebukuro too. Well at least, I drag them back in time to meet my favourite for lunch! ((:

ooh, and I had sushi again!

Since I was given the choice to choose, and I am missing Japan's sushi badly. It's been half a year since I had such delectable sushi! And he's bringing me for french cuisine and pasta for my coming trip!

The other day I received a no-number call on my mobile.

I wasn't in time to pick it up, but I know who called, since it seems to be called using skype. Indeed, I've got it right. I received a caller-alert from the familiar number after I touch down sunny island last night. And right this morning, my mobile rang.

“小妹！你去日本hor~, 去日本没有跟我讲.”

“我没有告诉你meh? 那你怎么知道？”

“我看到你跟 XXX 一起lor."

“哈哈哈~”

I practically started laughing all the way since i'm at loss of word, and it felt like i'm doing some sneaky things around and then ta-dah, got caught right in the face. LOL

“我知道。你最喜欢就是 XXX, 要不然就是 XXX，都不喜欢跟我一起做工lor。”

“没有lor，我也很喜欢你。你在哪里看到我？”

“骗人。我没有看到你啦，别人跟我说你来，然后和ＸＸＸ一起。”

Don't know who's the kaypoh one go and tell. Didn't even bump into any ex-guide this trip, nor anyone from their company. Word-of-mouth communication is indeed powerful.

Disneyland is love, but I prefer freezing island more. :D

It's chinese new year!

And Japan is flooded with the Chinese, Koreans, Hong-kees, Taiwanese and Singaporeans. So, my lovely USJ is flooded with them too.

Peak seasons like december, wherever you turn, you're bound to hear the familiar language - mandarin. But the chances of bumping into someone you know is pretty high. Just last december, i've bumped into two of my ex-drivers. And this trip, I've bumped into two of my ex-guide! How lucky can I get! :D

You see, bumping into them is not easy because the guides fly all over Japan and there's over hundreds of drivers around. So I always get a lil' excited whenever I bumped into any one of them.

My first 2 nights stay at hotel universal port is wonderful! The rooms are beautifully designed, but it just got a "too-complicated" toilet bowl. The toilet bowl's lids are sensored, and the washlet comes with a dryer and a massage button. I had never seen a dryer attached to the washlet during my past 8 trips. But hell, this hotel's toilet bowl washlet has it. (@-@)

Then last night, I stayed at Kawaguchiko area. My room was freezing. It was sub-temperature on the outside, and my heater wasn't really warming up the room even though it was set at 30degree. The blanket is at least 5cm thick, but it doesn't help. And i've got no heater attached to my toilet bowl. It was really terrible in the morning, you'll practically jump up the moment you sat on it.

On top of that,I couldn't get my mind off those eerie stories my guide once told me. Kawaguchiko used to be a war field in the past, so its believed that there's a lot of restless souls wandering around. So I was told that a taiwanese guide hanged himself in one of the hotel room for no reason. And for the particular inn I was staying in, a taiwanese gitl went missing on her second day of stay and was found dead few days later outside the inn. It didn't really bother me initially. Till I was taking the elevator alone at 11pm, I pressed for 4th floor. But on my way up, the 3rd floor button lit up itself, stopped, opened, and no single human comes in.

Maybe the elevator got screwed up.

But the same thing happened for my first hotel. I went down alone from the 5th floor, and it stopped at every level but no one came in. Then when I went up, a few of the other levels lighted up itself too. zzz

Alright. Back to Kawaguchiko inn, the tv in my room switched on itself suddenly in the morning when the tv consoles is at least a metre over from me. For goodness sake, I really got a shocked out of my life. LOL

It's almost 1am here. and I need to climb up at 0530 to prepare. Disneyland tomorrow!! I am sure its gonna be jam-packed with the Japanese and tourists.Please let me see my micket and minnie mascot!! :D

I have yet started on my dissertation, not even on any research. Have not been disciplined enough to get started. I don't want to fail my dissertation, but I couldn't get myself motivated. )):

I need to be discipline, I need to be motivated, and I need to get started.

Having too much fun ain't a good thing. Maybe I need to do some rituals to haul my motivation back!

Sunny island's weather is crazy. Cloudy, sunny and rainy in one day. And the weather is getting more and more humid, how irritating. The hot and humid weather is driving me crazy and my frequent headache is killing.

16days later, i'll be off to my freezing island. Alright, its not that cold this time round since i'm not heading to the north. But 26days later, I think i'll turn into an ice sculpture in the sub-freezing weather at the north. The freezing weather gonna be nice, but the number of flights to take gonna be horrible again. I used to love plane rides when I'm much younger. Boarding the flight just excites me as much as stepping into a new country. Not that I loathe it now, it just come to a certain point where you just hope that teleportation do exists. Okay, I think I need to stop dreaming.

No more blocked ears, no more running nose, no more cough, and no more itchy scratchy! And now, i've got my beautiful voice back too. I don't sound like a toad anymore. :D

My flu was so bad there, and I don't know how I got the cough bug too. Guess I was feverish on the second night, tossed and turned around the bed for a whole 2hrs with my freezing hands and feet. I'd only managed to fall asleep after I had the panadols. Having 5 doctors and 1 nurse in your group doesn't make any different. The first person to realise that I was so sick was my super nice driver. Till then, my guide passed me his flu medicine that was rather effective, but extremely bitter.

My driver is really really cute! I've been teaching him english throughout the trip, and he's been teaching me Japanese in return. We still can understand each other pretty well despite that we're conversing in broken english and japanese. :D

Good food again this time round again!

kobe beef. sashimi scallop. sashimi abalone. sashimi amaebi. sea urchin.

I'm practically enjoying my life now. ((:

My hand was frozen when I helped the others to take photos. I think you can just chop it off and make sashimi and with my blood as the ice cream dessert. LOL

It was horrible, even my heatpack doesn't really work.

It's seriously snowing like Snow it's free. It's never nice to have the snow smashing against your face when you're enjoying the snow slidingboard. Maybe I'll try skiing if the weather is good tomorrow. A hundred bucks gone by then. @.@

But anyway, today's resort is the best one I've ever stay. The room is rather spacious with a super beautiful toilet and a tiny walk-in wardrobe. Imagine my bathtub is right beside the window and I can see snowfalling while soaking. :D Then it has a shower cubicle too! It's just too lovely to be true. But it's true I'm not dreaming.

Okay. I'm having a super croaky voice now. Caught the flu bug on the aircraft and of all pills, I forgot to bring my flu tablets. Zzz

In a few hours time, i'm departing to the north and be freeze by the weather.

The weather is crazy today, southern part of hokkaido is way colder than the central area. Alright, maybe it has been crazy for weeks. It's snowing like snow is free and yes indeed, snow is free.

Since '07, I'm finally heading to the ski resort again. And my guide is picking us up at Narita instead of Chitose. For once, i don't have to survive through the 3hr transit time, and another 1.5hr domestic flight alone! :D

Can't wait to be back in Otaru on Sunday! I'm missing my letao cheesecake & kitakaro's cream puff! Shall skip breakfast for that. :P

Ohh, and not forgetting waiterboy on Sunday too! :D

Though its really cold sometimes, being negative all the way in Hokkaido but the breathtaking scenery makes everything worthwhile. Of course, I got a wonderful companion this time round too! :D

But my luggage handle chose to die on me on the 3rd day. So It's time to invest on a new four wheel luggage! But now I can't decide if I want a hard cover or a soft cover. Zzz

Sometimes I just can't stand myself for being so indecisive. =P

And I managed to get hold to the latest Japan limited edition Agnes b tote that is out specially for christmas'09! :D

It's a miracle for my boy to get A for his PSLE Chinese.

He'd never score more than 55 marks over the 2.5yrs I've been teaching him. He failed his prelim Chinese and always tell me how much he hate doing Chinese paper. Seriously, I still don't know how he manage to score A. I think no one, including himself can believe that either.

It's been years since i've got a company at night.

That night, my fat plushies have to rent their bed out to my alien friend and sleep on the chairs. Maybe they're cursing badly, because someone came and snatch their bed away. It wasn't the best time to have sleepover, but giving your mind a break from school and have fun throughout the night is really cool.

I woke up with a terrible headache, and I think the pills didn't work again. Mac breakfast is nice, but food makes me giddy again. Now I am, shivering under the lovely air-con, feeling feverish and seeing stars around me. My fingers are numb as I'm typing and I feel as if I'm gonna faint any moment I stand. My vision is swaying like i've just taken the tea-cup ride, and my head is heavy like its gonna drop off any sooner.

I wish I hope shy shy gets to drive home later.
Else bus-ride is gonna make me feel worse.

The more I stare at the form, the more moody and depressed I get. Now i'm like competing with the whole of Singapore. What if they're not going to short-list me for interview. What if i put in all my hopes, but I still don't get it in the end. I'll probably coop myself at home and cry for a week or so. I need to thrash away those negative thoughts but it just keep hanging up there. I really want it, but can i do it?

people always say, "If you never try, you'll never know your ability."

but I am scared of failure, especially on things that I really yearn for. ):

I tried to change, but I failed to.

And now I can't differentiate if thats really what I want, or am I just running away from everything.

no matter how long or how hard i knock at the glass, it just refuse to move. so damn cutee! I even thought it was dead last week, but it turn out swimming around happily with the partner. :D
